Rosser Search Advisory was built on the belief that search should be a professional advisory service, not a transactional process.

Katie Rosser’s career began in law before moving into specialist search, where she quickly recognised that her greatest strengths lay in understanding people, solving problems and helping organisations navigate complex decisions.

Over more than two decades, she has advised professional services firms on critical growth and talent appointments, including co-founding and leading Seldon Rosser, a specialist search firm focused on professional services. Through this work, she built trusted relationships with leaders across Australia, the United Kingdom, Asia-Pacific and beyond.

Alongside her search career, Katie has held significant governance roles, including serving as Chair of the Love Mercy Foundation and completing the Australian Institute of Company Directors program.

These experiences have further strengthened the qualities that underpin her work today: listening carefully, identifying the real issue, bringing independent judgement and helping people move from complexity to clarity through practical, commercially grounded advice.

Today, through Rosser Search Advisory, Katie combines specialist search expertise, market insight and pragmatic advice to help professional services firms make better hiring decisions.
